$5 Million Dollar General Liability Insurance (GLI) is included in all rentals. Riders are responsible for all damage to machines. (GLI is required in British Columbia to ride on Crown Land). |

A reservation deposit of 25% is required for rentals. Tour deposits maybe higher depending on the lodging reservation requirements. Deposits are payable at booking and are non-refundable.

Pre-authorization on a charge card is required as a damage deposit on each machine rented. |

Inclement weather conditions and backcountry closures can force delays or cancellations, such conditions will result in appropriate refunds. |

Thompson Valley Tours & Rentals will endeavor to ensure safety and enjoyment by all participants, but since ATVing and Snowmobiling involves certain unforeseen risks, a liability waiver is required to be read and signed prior to departure by all riders and passengers. |

Your initial meeting with Thompson Valley Tours & Rentals begins with a demo and an orientation of the machine operation and riding techniques. If you already know the area and just want to rent an ATV, Rhino or Snowmobile, then please click on each of the words. Trailer rentals are available. We also rent beacons, shovels, SPOTS and other safety gear. |

Many of the trails are maintained/groomed by volunteer riding organizations and a user fee maybe required for some trails
(normally $15.00 per day). |
