| Thompson Valley Tours & Rentals Policy: |
1. |
All operators must be a minimum of 19 years of age and hold a valid drivers license. |
2. |
All operators and passengers must sign our Release of Liability Waiver and Rental Agreement at time of rental. |
3. |
A 25% reservation fee is required at time of booking and is non-refundable. |
4. |
A damage deposit is required. A credit card pre-authorization for $1500.00 per machine must be processed prior to any rental. |
5. |
The Renter/Lessee is responsible for any and all damages including but not limited to theft, collision and vandalism. |
6. |
Rental units must stay in British Columbia. |
7. |
Thompson Valley Tours & Rentals reserves the right to refuse a rental. |
8. |
A single day rental typically consists of a 9am pick up and a 5pm return or late fees will apply. |
9. |
Two or more day rentals are typically 9am or later pick up and returned by 5pm on the last day unless stated otherwise (e.g. Full weekend). Please inquire. |
