Riders under 19 are only permitted as passengers on a Rhino (Side by Side). At Thompson Valley Tours we want to ensure that our customer's adventures are safe and enjoyable; waiver forms acknowledging assumption of risk and release of liability must be signed prior to any tour departure. In the interest of safety, Thompson Valley Tours reserves the right to decline any participant to a tour without reason. In addition, we reserve the right to ask a participant to leave a tour if we deem a participant's actions to be detrimental to the safety and welfare of others.
